Can I place an order over the phone or by email?
For security purposes, orders can not be placed over the phone.
Is it safe to use my credit card to make purchases on www.paulhurrion.com?
Payfast uses up-to-date, safe, secure technology to ensure that your personal credit-card information is not compromised. The information is encrypted and never stored intact.
Where is the “CVV” number located on my credit card?
On Visa or MasterCard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card’s account number.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you click on the “Submit” button at the time of purchase. Please click on the “Submit” button only once.
How do I get my purchases?
In the case of merchandise we use a range of possible couriers. Generally delivery will take between seven and ten days.
If purchases for merchandise originate from international countries the postage is automatically calculated to cover weight, size of package and air mail charges.
EXPORTS: import/customs charges levied by some countries are payable by the importer /purchaser

What is the maximum number of items I can order online?
The maximum number of items that can be ordered online are 6. To order more than 6 please email email@example.com. Simply provide the details of the items you would like to order together with your preferred delivery address. A member of our team will be happy to prepare and email you a personalised quotation together with details of the payment options we offer – online or bank transfer.
